Hello! I have been licensed here in Oregon for over 36 years. I started my career in high school where I went to beauty school while finishing my high school diploma.

In 2009 I bought Salon 26 and now is dedicated to bringing more color to Beaverton with my knowledge and experience in all kinds of color especially corrective color.

When I'm not behind the chair you will find me enjoying a long hike or working in my garden. I have two great kids, Ryan who is 25 and Taylor who is 23. Also included in my family are my cat Joey and my dog Gemma.

Darlene Knowles - Stylist

Darlene Knowles has been doing here for 25+ years. She brings a lot of energy to the styling chair.

Darlene‘s best attribute is her ability to click with her clients to help them create that custom look the best compliments her clients and their lifestyle. She loves being full service and doing the whole entire family’s hair. She specializes in color corrections , prom and wedding updos. When not at the salon, Darlene loves to travel to Alaska to visit her family and as an avid athlete.

Nikki Johansen - Stylist

Hi! My name is Nikki Johansen, I’ve had the pleasure of making people feel more beautiful for 14 years. I started my career in Port Angeles Washington where I studied cosmetology at Chetta's Academy of Hair and Nails. I moved to Portland in 2008 and eventually landed at Salon 26 where I have worked the past 11 years. I'm down to earth and easy to talk to, I love getting to know my clients, and helping them with all their hair care needs. I specialize in cuts and all types of color. I especially like to cut shorter styles. If you mention this website I will add a complimentary deep conditioning treatment to your service.

Stacy Long – Stylist

Hello, here’s a bit about myself. In 1993 I graduated from Magee Bros with my cosmetology license. I promptly began building a clientele in the Beaverton area.  In 2011 I started here at Salon 26.

When I am not working, I love spending time with my husband and our dogs. I also love working in the yard, playing in the kitchen and snow /water skiing.
